Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at theaevro.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return shipping label within 24 hours.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We are happy to exchange your purchase for a different size, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same 14-day window.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund is credited to your original payment method.
